“Music & Pain”
Music to my ears;
Release all my fears.
No one can see the pain I hide;
That I hold deep inside.
As music fills the air and plays freely;
My pain flutters like leaves on a tree.
Relaxing music soothes the pains of life;
In a caring way, it helps to hold the strife.
Music is like Calgon–soft and soothing bubbles;
Like bathing in relaxing bubbles; washing away troubles.
When the water cools and the songs are done.
Some aches and pains of muscles are unstrung.
Leaving you with a fresh take on the day.
Making it easier to put things away.
Just turn on that music, wipe pain away;
Tomorrow will be another day.
To start over with the fears;
Hiding them aches and pains with your ears.
