“Be There or Be Square: School Humor”

Being up all night with school up ahead,

It makes no sense–my eyes feel like lead.

Wondering who my teachers will be,

And what friends, I’ll still get to see.

With computers and tech, it’s all such a fuss;

I need a crutch just to keep up with the bus.

Life keeps getting more complicated;

While I just keep trying to get educated.

Oh well, its only school,

Gotta follow the golden rule.

Eat, sleep, shower, sh**, and learn;

Keep one eye open—pretend I’m a fern.
