“When in Times of Troubles: He Carries Me Through”
When the sun feels warm on my face,
I know God’s there, giving me His grace.
As the sun shines ever so bright,
He is telling me everything will be alright.
See, I have faith in Him and what he does;
He carries me though everything just because
He loves and cares for all His children unconditionally.
He’s a just God–purely and wholeheartedly.
Authors Note:
With everything happening right now, I found myself leaning into faith and sunlight today. This little poem came out of that moment. Sharing it in case it brings someone else a bit of comfort too.
