“The Valentine’s Reminder, She’ll Thank You For”

Hearts, candy and bouquets of flowers,

Please buy some Valentine’s Day gifts, which is in a few hours.

With bells and whistles, there’s love of many sounds;

This is serious men; girls don’t love funny circus clowns.

A heart full of candy, flowers, and jewelry is your best call;

There are plenty of places to buy at a nearby mall.

With sparkling bells and whistles, all must chime;

Please don’t go broke and spend every dime.

For words that are written are gifts in themselves.

Especially when written by you, and not your elves.

For within that brain and heart of yours,

There are parts that open your caring doors…

Of things to say in a warm caring way;

Making you perfect throughout the day.

She dislikes silence when bells don’t sound;

Then the love in her heart won’t pound.

With the love she’ll have to give back to you,

A sweet and gentle love to make you coo.

Make it simple and caring so she’ll comfort you;

In all ways, and with everything you do.

I wish you the best on this wonderful day;
