“Sandpaper Comes in Many Grits — Just Like Life”

When times are rough and sandpaper won’t do,

Getting the wire brush out, it will work better for you.

Life has some wicked times where the bells chime loud,

Just as if at a music concert with a massive crowd.

But life also has its quieter moments, just to relax,

I know this, as God grants me those sure-fire facts.

These times whether loud or soft in nature we all live,

There is always room for a bit of playfulness to give.

So, touch up the rough edges with sandpaper or brush.

Let out a hearty laugh with a silent afterward hush.

Enjoy what life has to give, that’s another day of life.

Filled with all its grains of sandpaper and strife.
