“People Games: Enjoyment Together”

When the world of fun burns —

Oh, did I say burns? I meant turns…

Life is way too humorous at times,

All these crazy things that make up rhymes.

I dibble and I dabble;

Sometimes I need a game of “Scrabble.”

Or… maybe that word game is a bit too hard.

I think I’ll go outside and mow the yard.

“Monopoly” takes too long, but you can sue.

I’ll take your money and mortgage too.

“Life” is a game for family play,

Then there is “Trouble” –let’s play today.

When company comes, “Charades” are fun.

Friends gather around and laugh by the ton.

Guessing who or what, is this or that —

It’s far more fun than brushing a cat!

Games, games – so many to choose from.

With any game you can win or lose for fun.

Make up your own game; keep life interesting —

Even chasing chickens, if that’s your kind of thing.
