“Exercise that flab!”

Food, fitness and giggles,

Come on girls, let’s start, them jiggles.

We will wiggle our blubber

And our tires of soft rubber.

Who cares about what they say —

It’s not their business anyway.

Our health is up for grabs;

We gotta work on our abs.

We will work hard and sweat,

Hoping to lose without regret

All the jiggles of blubber

And our soft tires of rubber!
