What was the best thing I found randomly on the street?
At first I wanted to joke and say I found my husband on the street – but let’s be real, this question is clearly about something more material. So here’s the true story.
The best thing I ever found randomly on the street happened in a parking lot. I stepped out of my car and noticed something shiny lying next to a crumpled piece of paper. Curious, I walked over to check it out. The shiny object turned out to be a dollar coin, and the “paper” was actually money. When I uncrumpled it, I discovered a twenty‑dollar bill. That was a lucky day, and it made me realize I should probably pay more attention when walking through parking lots.
There was another time in same parking lot, just a different day, when I found a silver bracelet. I took it to a jeweler to see if it was real silver. Sadly, it wasn’t; it was just silver‑plated. But it was still a pretty little find.
