“Tons of Fun: Beads Galore!”
~
Beads, beads, everywhere;
What shall I make? I don’t care.
Maybe a bracelet, maybe a chain—
How about something quite insane.
~
Color doesn’t matter; I’ll sit and get fatter,
Playing with beads—it doesn’t matter.
Husband asks, “What did you make?”
I say, “A mess… I better take a break.”
~
Sooner or later the beads are gone,
Made into something beautiful and long.
I list them for sale in my eBay store—
Someone loves them, says, “Can you make more?”
~
Of course I can, I’ve got beads galore;
Just have to pick them up off the floor.
My room’s a mess, but I still create—
Got to quit when the clock hits eight.
~
Beads, beads, everywhere—
I build with them without a care.
Check back tomorrow, I’ll start again…
But only after breakfast, which is at ten.
