The Most Underrated Comedy Ever: Why “Disorderlies” Still Makes Me Laugh Out Loud

“Retro roller‑rink neon sign with cartoon hospital gag — inspired by the 1987 comedy Disorderlies.”

What’s the most underrated movie you’ve ever watched?

What’s the most underrated movie I’ve ever watched? For me, it has to be Disorderlies. It’s one of those goofy comedies people forget even exists, but it’s hilarious from start to finish. Three bumbling male orderlies end up taking care of an old man whose nurse wants him gone so she can get his inheritance. Instead, the orderlies drag him to a roller rink, surround him with pretty girls, and basically bring him back to life through pure chaos.

It’s silly, loud, ridiculous, and absolutely underrated — the kind of movie that makes you laugh because it doesn’t take itself seriously for even one second.

Sometimes the best movies aren’t the ones everyone talks about — they’re the ones that make you laugh so hard you forget everything else. Disorderlies does exactly that.

“Sometimes laughter really is the best medicine — even if it comes with a few roller‑rink bruises.”
